Cancellation Policy and Procedures:
Please note that appointments are based on availability.
If you are running late, you must notify the Esthetic Laser Clinic. If there is time, your technician will see you; however, you may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance for all treatments that are one (1) hour or longer and 24 hours in advance for all other treatments less than one (1) hour. This allows time for us to call clients on our waiting list to fill your appointment time. If you are a No Show/No Call, and you have a prepaid package or promotional deal, you will lose the treatment. If your appointment is 60 minutes or longer, we may require a credit card number to secure your appointment.
A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the treatment cost, will apply, at the Esthetic Laser Clinic’s discretion up to the full amount of the service, if you do not provide adequate notice. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value and Gift certificate no shows may be charged 100% value.
In case of vouchers or special coupons and other online prepaid deals, please refer to the Voucher or Coupons terms and conditions.
Also when you cancel an appointment please understand that rescheduling said same is based on current availibility.

Return Policy on Retail Products
These items may be returned for a Full Refund within seven (7) days of purchase with receipt only.
If you do not have your original purchase receipt or you have past the 7 day deadline (not exceeding 45 days) you can either return the product for an exchange with another product (price difference may incur) or return the product for Store Credit on products only.
There is no return accepted on opened items, for obvious health and sanitation reasons.
